Fast Rants!

Rants, ON the GO!

Kinda of a Twitting Page! since I hate twitter, and refuse to join it… and also more recently I lost my “facebook” account due to reasons unknown to me, and apparently unknown to facebook itself! (more details on the fakebook fiasco here)

Please don’t comment on the main entry, if you want to respond to any Fast Rant; use the reply option under each post.

  1. “The only way to fight a moral war is the Jewish way: Destroy their holy sites, kill men, women and children (and cattle),” a famous Israeli Chabad-Lubavitch rabbi said in a public statement!

This is the type of extremism no one in the world seems to have a problem with!

That is a “moral war in the Jewish way”? I wonder what an “immoral war the Jewish way” is?

Use the “death star” to destroy their planet?!!!

    Read the article:
    http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1091469.html

    and then watch this clip:

If that’s not Peace love and understanding, I don’t know what is!!!

  2. God Bless Mohamed Alaa Hosny Mubarak (RIP), and Please God, while You are at it, Please God, Damn Hosny Mubarak!

  3. Did anyone notice that Gregory House has a brown, a black, a jew, a female & a bisexual on his medical team of 4 members only?! what are the chances of that happening? isn’t it too politically correct for House? whose character is actually the opposite of political correctness!! (I’m apparently watching too much House for my own good!!!)

  4. I wonder how is it that most ignorant people, always talk about “professionalism” and manage to keep a straight face! Have they changed the meaning of being Professional, to being impolite, offensive & condescending, while not having a clue what you are talking about?!!! Well, I wasn’t notified of that change!

    Frustrating isn’t it?!

  5. As the Boyle Phenomena continues, the lady continues to wow with her golden voice (and a fresh new look); nonetheless the 24 hours, media and internet obsession about her looks and sexual history, reveals a sad reality about how shallow and insignificant, our culture and lifestyle have become!

  6. Today, Guardian Reported on Egypt’s emo society, in an article called: Egypt’s emos, the latest hate figures.

Of course the writer’s take is totally different than my take on the emos, but the article still had some valid points…

I quote: “emo as in ludicrously tight T-shirts, dyed-black fringes, studded belts and thick horn-rimmed glasses, confessional slash-yourself music and a lingering sense of narcissistic self-hatred…
… they were “driven by punk and emotion”, wore “guyliner” and “manscarer” and were to be found “loitering in streets … often dismal and in tears”.
Youths everywhere want to rebel, and the youth of Egypt – where 700,000 university graduates each year chase 200,000 jobs – have more reason than most to do so. The only difference is that the upper-middle class teenagers of Cairo and Alexandria have the money to express that rebellion in a different (and ultimately pointless) way.”

  7. This summer… CHANGE is finally coming to Egypt! YaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaY! ………………………………………………………………

*by change I mean Obama of course… He is coming to Egypt…
WHAT??! You thought I meant something/someone else is coming or rather “leaving”? – sigh!

  8. “Taking advantage of the global hysteria over the propagation of ‘Mexican’ flu, which has nothing to do with animals, in order to launch a campaign to exterminate pigs raised by a destitute section of the population is extremely cowardly,” Brigitte Bardot on Egypt’s Pig Cull

Funny thing is we didn’t hear her voice when Israel “ordered a campaign to exterminate the Palestinian destitute population”, I guess, to her, some animals enjoy more rights than humans!

  9. “Before the creation of the state of Israel in 1948 (only 60 years ago!), up to 20% of the population of the Palestinian lands where Jesus Christ lived was Christian. That number has now dwindled to 2% only (due to Israeli violence and terrorism)” BBC reports. Yet, Israel still claims it is a country of peace, tolerance and coexistence.
